Brian A. Thomas
Founder and Managing Director
Brian A. Thomas has an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a graduate degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He maintains a strong background in marketing, economics, finance and accounting.
Brian directs and manages the offsite operations of the company, including: customer relations, investor relations, vendor relations, accounting, financing, legal and acquisitions.
Richard A. Thomas
Director of Operations
Richard A. Thomas has more than 35 years of residential and commercial light construction experience. Rick maintains strong positive working relationships with home owners and vendors. He has a reputation for delivering exceptionally high quality homes on time and within budget. His experience includes site selection, planning, designing, building and post-building follow-up of more than 100 homes in the Texas Hill Country. Rick directs and manages all aspects of the onsite operations of the company from site-selection to post-building follow-up.
